OUR STORY
Ikeono has been empowering retailers to look at customer communication in a new light since 2018.
We started out as a service recommendation app for bike shops, but quickly realized the real struggle retailers faced: bikes taking up valuable space, playing phone tag with customers, and not having the right tools to follow up on orders.
So, we relaunched as a business text messaging app with the retailers that helped us build it, and the rest is history.
